Practice & Simulator Passes

How long are my practice/simulator passes valid for?+

Early Bird passes and 5-visit passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. 10-visit passes and above (including monthly/annual memberships) are valid for 12 months.

Can someone else use my pass?+

No — every pass is for the registered member's personal use only, and you need to check in yourself each visit. If someone else uses your pass, the first time results in a 1-week suspension, and a second time results in your membership being cancelled.

How many people can share a bay?+

10-visit and 20-visit passes allow up to 2 people (you plus one guest) per bay, for up to 2 continuous hours — after that, the hourly rate applies. Guests of 10-visit, 20-visit, and 1/3/6/12-month members can use a separate bay at the member-guest rate of $28.

How many people can use a simulator bay?+

Simulator pricing covers up to 3 people. A 4th person can join for an extra $5 (4 people = $40 total). For safety, 4 people is the maximum per bay, regardless of price paid.

Can I share or transfer my membership?+

No — passes and memberships are for individual use only and can't be shared, transferred, or used by anyone other than the registered member.

Can I freeze my membership?+

Yes, with at least 7 days' notice by email. 3-month passes can freeze for up to 1 week, 6-month passes up to 2 weeks, and 12-month passes up to 1 month.

Are passes refundable?+

All passes and memberships are sold at special pricing and are non-refundable once purchased.

Safety

Is there any risk involved in using the facility?+

Golf inherently carries a risk of injury from swinging clubs and struck balls. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

What if my own equipment damages the facility?+

If your own clubs or equipment damage our screens, projectors, mats, or sensors, you'll be responsible for the repair or replacement cost.

Can minors use the facility?+

Yes, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times, who is responsible for their conduct.

Is alcohol allowed while using a bay?+

No — bays can't be used while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, for safety reasons.

Lessons

How do I book a lesson after purchasing?+

We'll follow up by email after your purchase to schedule a time that works for you.

What's the cancellation policy for lessons?+

3 or more days before your lesson: full refund (100%). 2 days before: 75% refund. 1 day before: 50% refund. On the day: no refund.

Ball Printing

Can I cancel my custom ball order after submitting it?+

Once production has started, orders can't be cancelled, changed, or refunded for change of mind. If there's a genuine defect — a misprint or the wrong item — you're still covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Who's responsible if my logo or text comes out wrong?+

You confirm your personalised text or logo before your order is finalised, so please double-check it — we can't be responsible for errors in what was submitted.

How long does printing take?+

Production and shipping take a maximum of 1 week. If a specific ball model is out of stock, we'll email you directly to sort out a wait, substitute, or refund.

How is ball print pricing worked out?+

It's the base ball price plus a flat $20 printing fee. Promo codes only apply to the $20 printing fee, not the base ball price.

Pro Shop & Orders

Can I return a Titleist / FootJoy item I bought?+

Yes — unopened, unused items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt. Faulty or misdescribed items are always covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Why might online and in-store prices differ?+

Our prices are set from our in-store retail system and may change without notice.

Privacy

What information do you collect?+

Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order history. We never store your full card details — payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Do you share my information with anyone?+

Only as needed to fulfil your order: Stripe (payments), Loyverse (our point-of-sale system), and delivery couriers. Some of these store data overseas (e.g. the US).

Will I receive marketing emails?+

You're subscribed by default, but you can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email we send.
